Array Training raises £300 for Macmillan Cancer Support

NDT and IRATA Rope Access training provider, Array Training raised £300 from its charity coffee morning for Macmillan Cancer Support.

The event, held at the training centre at East Tullos Aberdeen, was part of Macmillan’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning. The nationwide event encouraged people and organisations to host a coffee morning, with all the donations made going to the charity.

Claire Fyvie, Course Co-ordinator at the Array Training, organised the event and said:

“The Macmillan coffee morning at the Rigmar Training Centre was a great success and I am delighted that we have raised £300 to support a very worthy cause.  I would like to thank the Rigmar staff for all their hard work in making this happen and for their generosity on the day. I’d also like to say thank you to the students for their contribution and to Hannah Bakes Cakes for donating the ingredients for a cake stall. £150 was made from the stall with Rigmar doubling the donation made to the charity that provide practical, medical and financial support and push for better cancer care.’
